At Argentine Bistro, we are convinced that the best-tasting food is naturally grown and harvested in ways that are sound and socially responsible. We develop menus that change with the seasons, using exclusively naturally grown ingredients from the local farms and markets. These ingredients are put together in a way that does not mask the natural flavors or strip the food of its nutritional value. Argentine Bistro's seasonal menu of modern classics is complemented by a list of rare and unusual wines from small, natural, dedicated, and often fanatical growers who work their vines and make their wines with honesty, passion and humor. A natural restaurant that emphasizes quality over spectacle, Argentine Bistro brings people back to the fundamentals of good casual rustic dining. We are a seasonal restaurant with a commitment to local, regional and sustainably raised food as the seasons will allow. Simple food from honest ingredients. Pure, Regional and Rustic.

Randy & Pat's story (as told by Pat): Patty's Old Fashioned Popcorn started about 4 years ago when Randy suffered a heart attack and stroke leading him to a early retirement and nothing to do. He had lost the drive to do anything and just hung out in the house doing nothing and became very depressed. I went into his room one day and ask him if he would be interested in opening a popcorn shop. Randy had a popcorn shop 30 years ago in the Salt Lake area that he truly loved, anytime he talked of it he would smile. The idea was to light a fire under him and give him purpose again. Well as I suspected he rose to the idea and soon after Patty's Popcorn became a reality. When it came to naming the business, he had only one condition, it had to be Patty's Old Fashion Popcorn because he says that the day I came to him with the idea I saved his life. Patty is a nick name that Randy along with his parents, children and grandchildren all call me. We opened Patty's Popcorn in Hyde Park Christmas 2011 and have been on a wild ride ever since. Walking into our stores is like walking back in time into the popcorn and candy stores our grandparents grew up with. Wood floors and bead board ceilings, wood shelving and that old world charm. Our store has been a place where people young and old go to get that gummi bear or Swedish fish and other candies from days gone by. Well, we decided that it was time to stretch our wings and open a store in Northern Kentucky. we are very proud to be in the Crestview Hills Town Center for Store number 2. We sell all kinds of popcorns such as Caramel Corn, Yellow Cheddar, Kettle Corn, Cookies and Cream, Buckeye, Turtle, Chicago Style, Cincy Style, Chicago Twist, Shop Suey, Caramel with Peanuts and Black Italian Truffle with Sea Salt. All our Popcorn is popped in a machine that is a hundred year old design and all our flavors are made in the front of the store in large copper kettle for our customers to see. So, stop by and see us. We love meeting new people and introducing them to our family recipes. We’re pretty friendly (most of the time) and hope to add yours to the list of smiles we’ve helped create. Sincerely, Pat and Randy
